I often travel around Europe, and when I am in Berlin, Germany, I love spending time at the citys great coffee shops where they serve delicious coffee.
There is a long tradition for coffee shops in Berlin (which we don’t have in the same way in Denmark), and you can really taste, that the barista’s, who makes the coffee, have a great knowledge about coffee brewing. The ingredients are carefully roasted and grinded, and the steamed milk has a perfect temperature. Everything is about timing, and the barista’s are really good.
Krimimessen is a great place to meet your favourite crime book authors, to have a chat with them and to see them do interviews about their books.
There is always such a cosy and friendly atmosphere at Krimimessen, and it is easy to buy one book to many, when you walk around and see all the great offers, that you almost can’t refuse.
If you want to buy something special this year, a visit to the Christmas Market at DESIGNCELLERNE / The Design Cells might be the right place to look for a present.
Horsens is not an overwhelmingly large city and you can walk to many of the places, that we recommend in this blog post.
The principal organiser of the comic book festival Art Bubble, Lars Jakobsen, have the idea that Art Bubble must be the most cosy and pleasant comic book festival in Denmark, and I would say it succeeded in being so.
